Due to Lack of Staff we had to close our Eastfield Mall office. Patient records have been relocated to the Enfield, CT location and the Holyoke location also has access to them. Both our Holyoke and Enfield offices are seeing patients 7 days/week so feel free to call or use the links on this website to make an appointment. Should you need a copy of your Rx or files we can send them wherever you would like. The Lenscrafters in the Eastfield mall is still open for glasses purchases often made on the same day. Sorry for the inconvenience and we hope to see you soon!


Given the Covid-19 Virus we have implemented policies and procedures recommended by the CDC and State in order to help slow the spread and ensure the safety of both staff and patients. Everyone is wearing masks in the office and rigorous disinfection procedures have been implemented. We are social distancing and using polycarbonate barriers throughout the office. We have also limited the patient capacity in the office.
